Two bedrooms have queen beds and private baths on main level. Master suite (also on main level) has queen bed, large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower with a heated floor. There is an additional bedroom with bath in hall on upper level. Upper level also has an entertainment room equipped with large screen TV and comfortable wrap around sofa. There is also a conversation/sitting/game area overlooking courtyard and unobstructed views of the ocean on the upper level. Terra cotta ceramic floors throughout main level, two dog showers, one on main floor in the laundry room and one on the lower level. Gorgeous fireplace in family room off kitchen area with "Sea Lions" soapstone fireplace insert. Entire house equipped with stereo system, all stainless appliances with a Wolf Gourmet range with grill, sub zero refrigerator. Huge deck which runs full length of house is furnished with teak deck furniture and a large gas barbeque is provided which is meant to be used off garage on lower level. Dogs allowed (2 limit), $500 per night plus a $200.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum This home will accommodate 8 adults and 4 children (mats provided for children to sleep on).
	Payn House Beautifully remodeled home on the ocean on private lane north of Yachats. 2 bedroom home with 2 baths, each with showers. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Magnificent views of the ocean from bedrooms and living areas. Easy beach access in front of house. Lovely gas log fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. Limit 4 people. No smoking, no pets. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Prose House Located just north of Yachats on a very private lane, this Oceanview home is quite comfortable year round. There is a queen bed in the master and a double in the second bedroom plus two double sleeper sofas. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Rocky Point Lodge Spectacular 180 degree plus view with the ocean less than 200 feet from the front door. Great Views of Yachats rocky coastline from this three bedroom Lindal Cedar Home. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other has two twin beds. Separate apartment with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Gas log fireplace in Main House and TV/VCR's in both. No smoking or pets allowed. Main House is $225.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people and with the Apartment it is $325.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people for both houses. (Apartment not available separately.)
	Seaside Cottage Spectacular views from almost every room. This ocean front home is in the heart of Yachats. Newly remodeled three bedroom (one with king bed and two with queens), two full bath home is a gem on the coast. Brand new kitchen and appliances, wonderful deck where views of the crashing waves can be seen. TV, VCR, DVD, laundry with full size washer and dryer. Close walking distance to Yachats and the best restaurants and shops. No smoking or pets $225 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Wren's Nest This charming newly remodeled and furnished home sits on a private street with an easy 1/2 block walk to the beach. Views from the master bedroom and deck where you can sit out of the wind and enjoy the Pacific. Three bedrooms, one with king, one with queen and the third with two twins. Two baths, one on main floor and one upstairs off the master bedroom. Large separate dining area and convenient kitchen with island. Cozy living room with TV/DVD. Sleeps 6, no smoking, no pets night $ $150.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Yachats Sunset Cozy and cute with spectacular views of raging waves and beautiful sunsets. This dog friendly 2 bedroom home has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the second. One full bath, large living/dining area facing the great Pacific Ocean. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Also has washer/dryer, fireplace, and large deck for sun bathing. Immediate beach access and close to the wonderful shops and restaurants in Yachats. Situated close to Seaside Cottage and the 804 walking trail. BBQ not provided at this home. Dog friendly, no smoking. $150.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
