Warm and inviting, recently remodeled it is a delight of comfortable furnishings, decorated with the owners personal art work. The main level features a great room with living, dining and galley kitchen. There is also a bedroom/den with queen sized sofa sleeper on the main floor as well as a large utility room with a washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. The lower level has two master suites, one with a king bed, the other with a queen, each with their own bathrooms. There is also a large family room complete with LCD flat screen TV/DVD and music system separating the two bedrooms. Wrap around decks on both levels lure you to the out-doors to enjoy the ocean breezes. Wifi in every room. Washer and dryer in hall closet. Wrap around deck for ideal access to beach. $160.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people
	Ford This distant oceanfront home has 3 small bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with bunk beds. Large 2 level deck surrounds two sides of the home. No smoking or pets. $80.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Gathering Place (previously Young) This spacious 2 -level family home sits across the street from easy beach access and has an upstairs ocean view. There are 2 1/2 bedrooms upstairs, two with queen beds, and the 1/2 has a twin. There is a full bath upstairs and one downstairs, as well as two more bedrooms, one with 2 twins and the other with a queen bed. Additionally, there are two sleeper sofas. Other features include 2 fireplaces, 2 TV's, 2 VCRs, DVD, video library, pool table, ping pong table, barbecue grill, washer/dryer, microwave, espresso machine, and an oversized water heater. Foos ball table also available. This is a no pets and non-smoking home. $250.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of twelve (12) people.
	GG's House This newly remodeled Sandpiper home has wonderful views from living room, dining room and master bedroom. Three bedrooms, all with private baths. Master has king, other two guest rooms have queen beds. Open floor plan with wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD in living room and master bedroom. Ping pong table, washer/dryer and additional TV in double car garage, easy beach access for miles of beach combing. Large deck overlooking ocean, BBQ and deck furniture. Sleeps 6 in traditional beds and blow up mattresses available for up to 2 additional guests.$225.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Great House Beautifully furnished 5 bedroom 4 bath home in the exclusive Sandpiper neighborhood. Views from the bedrooms upstairs, easy beach access close by. (Ocean just across the street!)... Sport court in the back yard, complete with waterfall, picnic tables and barbeque. Three bedrooms have queen beds with private bathrooms and large showers (no tubs). Two additional bedrooms have two sets of bunk beds with doubles below and twins above and share a bathroom across the hall. 	Harbor House Outstanding Bay, Bridge and City views from this three bedrom Bayfront home. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub with spa, the second bedroom has a queen bed, plus there are two twins in the den. Wonderful gourmet kitchen and open living area with a front row seat on Alsea Bay. Only 8 steps down to the beach from the deck. This house is non-smoking. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Heron House Large and comfortable, three bedroom, two bath home, close to Bayshore Beach Club and beach access. King master suite with full bath and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a bunk (double below, twin above and additional twin bed. Bright open floor plan with a protected patio off the dining area for morning coffee. Living area features large sectional couch and wood stove and entertainment center. Laundry room in hall and use of two car garage. This house is non-smoking and no pets. $125.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.

	Kaminski Wonderfully cozy home in Bayshore with a distant view from the perch above the carport. Two bedrooms and all the amenities. Walk to either Ocean or Bay beaches. No smoking but pets are allowed. $85.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Kris's Cottage Located near the beach, this three bedroom home is open and comfortable. Woodstoves on each level. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds plus a day bed in the lower level rec room. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Lea This newer Ocean view home has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen bed in each bedroom. Spacious open living area looks out over a great deck to the Pacific Ocean. Hardwoood floors, hand painted tiles in the kitchen, TV, VCR, satellite dish, fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer and telephone. This is a non-smoking home. $145.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Little Haven Charming two bedroom home in Sandpiper Village. Queen beds in each bedroom and an open floor plan with a very convenient kitchen. Close beach access for miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $90.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Mermaid House Step right out to the beach and miles of sand and beachcombing. This wonderful 3 bedroom plus den home has marvelous views from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen, third has one bunk, one double bed and den has a day bed which converts to two twins or a king bed. Large, comfortable living room has a large TV, and there is a separate laundry room. There are two bathrooms and a garage. $225.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee, no smoking, no pets with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Mod Pod This newer four bedroom three bath Bayshore home is perched up on the dune with sweeping Ocean views and just steps from miles of beachcombing. Oceanview master bedroom suite with queen bed and a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a double bed plus a full bathroom on the main floor. Two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk bed sets. Large fully equipped open and spacious kitchen and a dining table that seats eight plus bar stools and the counter. No pets or smoking. $300.00 per night plus a $125.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of twelve (12) people.
	Moffett This delightful 2 and a half bedroom and one and a half bath home is only steps away from the beach. One queen size bed in each of the front bedrooms. The third bedroom has single bunk beds. Queen sofa bed in the living room. Besides a fully equipped kitchen amenities include washer/dryer & dishwasher. This is a non-smoking home. $90.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
