Dog Friendly Homes

There is a maximum of two (2) dogs and NO CATS allowed in our Pet Friendly Homes. There will be a $500.00 fee charged if we find evidence of a pet in a NO PET home. This includes pets who come with visitors of the guests.

	Amanda's Cottage Wonderful views of the Alsea Bay Bridge from the living area of this cute little cottage across the street from the motel in Bayshore. Two bedrooms, both with queens. Full bath with tub in master bedroom and a bath with shower off additional loft bedroom. Stack washer/dryer in second bathroom. Large TV in living room and one in the master bedroom. Next door to Twain house and close to ocean beach access and bay access. Dog friendly. $90.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a four (4) person limit.

	Berman House Oceanfront home in Seal Rock with spectacular views. Three bedrooms, the master has a queen bed and full bath, the second has a queen bed also and the third has two twin beds. Upstairs rec room. Just a short jaunt to miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. Note, this home does not have direct beach access from the house. You must walk or drive from the home approximately 2 blocks to reach a safe beach access.
	Bertelsen's Barracks Newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath home in a secluded neighborhood north of Seal Rock. High bank ocean front at it's best, beach access close by Awesome views from the living areas. One bedroom has a queen and a trundle bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. Wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and DVD player. Near Lehr's Landing and Sandalwood. Sleeps 6$175 per night plus a $50 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. Pets OK
	Bohemia Bungalow Newly remodeled two bedroom 1 1/2 bath home in Sandpiper (full bath with tub in hall and a separate laundry room with shower, no second toilet).. Wonderful views from deck and living room and a short two block walk to beach. Queen in the large master bedroom with private back yard. 2nd bedroom has a daybed which can make into a king bed. Fully equipped kitchen, TV with VCR in living room and wonderful fireplace. 4 person limit, no smoking, will accept small dog with approval. $85 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Bud-n-Molly's This 3 bedroom (6 person max, 3 car max), 2-bathroom house has lots of extras. Its view is better than some beachfront homes (a telescope will make whale & ship watching fun for all). The queen beds in 2 of its bedrooms were new in 2006 and the twin beds in the other can be pushed together to make a king (sheets are provided). The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make a gourmet meal (new range w/ smooth top surface, Kitchen Aid mixer, spices, (4) hole toaster, All Clad dishwasher safe cookware, and coffee grinder.) In the evening watch a DVD on a Sony Grand Wega 50" TV (over 60 DVDs are provide at the house) or listen to your favorite CD or iPod on a Bose Wave music system. A walk on the beach can be done anytime. Easy beach access is only 1/2 a block away. On those rainy days play ping-pong on the table that is set up in the garage or there are games and puzzles galore. And don't forget Fido. Two bedrooms have queen beds and private baths on main level. Master suite (also on main level) has queen bed, large bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower with a heated floor. There is an additional bedroom with bath in hall on upper level. Upper level also has an entertainment room equipped with large screen TV and comfortable wrap around sofa. There is also a conversation/sitting/game area overlooking courtyard and unobstructed views of the ocean on the upper level. Terra cotta ceramic floors throughout main level, two dog showers, one on main floor in the laundry room and one on the lower level. Gorgeous fireplace in family room off kitchen area with "Sea Lions" soapstone fireplace insert. Washer/dryer and full bathroom in hall. Additional sleeping on futon in living room. No smoking. $90.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Green House Four bedroom three bath Oceanfront home in Bayshore. Master bedroom has a queen bed, second and third have double beds and the fourth has two twin beds. Four fireplaces, large kitchen, dining and living rooms. Beach access right in front of the house. No smoking. $225.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Harbor House Outstanding Bay, Bridge and City views from this three bedrom Bayfront home. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub with spa, the second bedroom has a queen bed, plus there are two twins in the den. Wonderful gourmet kitchen and open living area with a front row seat on Alsea Bay. Only 8 steps down to the beach from the deck. This house is non-smoking. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Jack's Place Charming new two bedroom two bath home located on Alsea Bay with wonderful bay and bridge views. Queen beds in each bedroom plus a trundle bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Convenient kitchen with breakfast bar. Step right onto the beach for miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $145 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Kaminski Wonderfully cozy home in Bayshore with a distant view from the perch above the carport. Two bedrooms and all the amenities. Walk to either Ocean or Bay beaches. No smoking but pets are allowed. $85.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Kris's Cottage Located near the beach, this three bedroom home is open and comfortable. Woodstoves on each level. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds plus a day bed in the lower level rec room. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Little Haven Charming two bedroom home in Sandpiper Village. Queen beds in each bedroom and an open floor plan with a very convenient kitchen. Close beach access for miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $90.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Ocean Escape High bank Oceanfront with close beach access via a path to Lost Creek State Park. Sweeping Ocean views featuring fabulous sunsets. One bedroom with a loft and one bath with a shower only. Queen bed in bedroom and a double futon in livingroom plus a TV/VCR and woodstove. No smoking. $125.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people. This house does not have direct beach access, less than a block walk on highway 101 to a safe beach access.
	Prose House Located just north of Yachats on a very private lane, this Oceanview home is quite comfortable year round. There is a queen bed in the master and a double in the second bedroom plus two double sleeper sofas. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Sailer's Cuddy Charming newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front home in Bayshore (Waldport). Queen beds in all three bedrooms plus a loft for additional sleeping plus a large whirlpool bath off the master bedroom. Convenient kitchen with breakfast bar. Step right onto the beach for miles of beachcombing. No smoking allowed. $250.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people..
	Sandpiper Cottage This newly remodeled dog friendly home sits directly on the beach with wonderful views of the Pacific. Three bedrooms, 2 with queens and 1 with two twins. Woodburning fireplace in the cozy living room, garage has been converted to a play room with ping pong, foos ball. TV, VCR, washer/dryer. $225 per night plus a $85 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Scandia House Wonderful views of the ocean can be easily seen from this very cute, recently remodeled home in Bayshore. Very easy three block walk to the beach. This home has three bedrooms and two baths, separate living room, large family room off kitchen with a woodstove. Everything on one level with easy access to home with very few steps. Master has a king bed, two other bedrooms have queens. Two baths, both with tubs, one off master suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Convenient slider doors off two of the bedrooms to the deck and an additional one off the dining area. TV in living room with DVD and VCR. 	Split View Retreat Comfortable view home with a new two level viewing deck just two blocks to the beach. Loaded with amenities, this home has queen beds in each of the two bedrooms and two baths. Wood stove and a comfortable open living area with a queen sleeper sofa plus ping pong and a dart board in the finished garage make this a wonderful family vacation home. 	Topley Wonderful two bedroom, 2 bath home (queens in each bedroom) with a separate loft that has two twins. 	Twain House This newly redecorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is fun and bright. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the bay on the oversized couches in the living room. There are also plenty of games, puzzles and books are available. Just across the street from the Howard Johnson for easy access to a restaurant. Master bedroom has a full bath with a king bed. Guest bedroom has a trundle and queen bed with full bath. Dog run in yard, washer/dryer. 2 block walk to the beach. No smoking. $100.00 night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four to six (4 - 6) people.
	Wilson Wetlands A remarkable Alsea River Front home, private and secluded, with boat dock, gazebo, fireplace and hot tub. Queen bed in the master with a bunk bed in a small room adjoining, a double bed in the second bedroom and a trundle bed in the third. No smoking but pets are allowed. $175.00 per night with a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Yachats Sunset Cozy and cute with spectacular views of raging waves and beautiful sunsets. This dog friendly 2 bedroom home has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the second. One full bath, large living/dining area facing the great Pacific Ocean. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Also has washer/dryer, fireplace, and large deck for sun bathing. Immediate beach access and close to the wonderful shops and restaurants in Yachats. Situated close to Seaside Cottage and the 804 walking trail. BBQ not provided at this home. Dog friendly, no smoking. $150.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
